Refund policy

Onda Jewellery offers a 28 day returns period for orders placed on this website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to contact us using the email address you used when placing your order so we can verify proof of purchase. 

To request a return, please email ondajewelleryuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will then have a further 14 days to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. Please obtain proof of returns postage and keep hold of this until your return is complete. We strongly recommend tracked delivery. If your return is not received by us and you do not have proof of returns shipping, you will not be eligible for any refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, custom sizes or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on-sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, please arrange a return of the original item you purchased, then place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it with.
