Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Options & Fees:

• Standard (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Second Class) – Free; Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days
• Express (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed First Class) – £5.10; Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days

Tracking & Security: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. A signature will be required upon arrival.

Onda cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, lockdowns or postal strikes.
